Refund Policy

At Ezymoneydeals, we take pride of the services delivered by us and guarantee your satisfaction with our services and support.  In case of any dissatisfaction, we have a standard operating procedure for processing the refund, which is outlined below –

1. Refund claimed by the client  – 

• We will refund 100% of the amount received if you notify us within 4 hours of the purchase or payment via email to support@ezymoneydeals.com. If you place a refund request after 4 hours from the payment, no refund will take place. 
• No refund shall be made once the order is assigned to the network of professionals (CA, CS, Lawyers, Engineers, Management Consultants, and Other Professionals and our team).
• If you do not respond to the email/call/whatsapp for more than seven (7) days, then the order shall be deemed to be  cancelled, and no refund will occur under any circumstances. 
• You understand and undertake that before the purchase of services from our website, www.ezymoneydeals.com, you have completely understood the "applicable government fees, government compliance requirements, documents required, and any other document or facilities or infrastructure or land or commercial premises may be required to secure such license or registration or certification, or government approvals/ clearance". You have to furnish all the necessary documents and required information to obtain such license or registration or certification or government approvals/ clearance as requested by the network of professionals. In case you are unable to provide such information for a maximum period of 15 days, then the services you have availed from our website, ezymoneydeals.com will be deemed to be completed, and in such case no advance amount will be refunded paid by you and you will be required to pay the balance amount. In professional services, time has a cost hence every piece of advice or time spent during a call has a cost and time engagement. 

2. Refund in case of non delivery of the services - 

• If the network of professionals cannot deliver the services due to a change in the law and you are not able to fulfill the revised regulatory norms of the government, under such circumstances no refund shall be made 
• Under any ordinary case you have provided all documents, necessary qualification, and facilities and still the network of professionals either does not have experience in providing the said services or denying to work on your assignment, then as an aggregator of the professionals, we may assign the same service order to the other professionals in our network. If none of the professionals can deliver the services in a cooling period of 30 days (beyond the turnaround time), you may request a refund via writing your request at [email protected]. 
• Delay from the end of regulators/Government departments has been excluded from seeking refund requests Any delay from the end of regulatory authorities/concerned/Competent Authorities shall not be considered a delay from the consultant's end.
• No refund request shall be entertained in case of rejection of the application by the government authorities due to any reason not in the control of or beyond the control of professional
• You understand that government authorities may levy any penalty or fee on you for any reason; you shall bear all such penalties, and the consultant or ezymoneydeals.com shall not be held responsible for any such action or imposition by the government authorities and in such scenario no refund request shall be entertained
• At the time of purchasing services from our website, if you have made false statement or misrepresentation then such orders shall be considered a violation of platform’s terms and conditions and order shall be marked as cancelled, and no refund shall take place. 
• Refunds shall not be entertained when documents required for delivering the service have been demanded from you via email or whatsapp and any other medium but not provided by you 
• Factors beyond our Control 

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of any particular procedure during the providing of services by us. For instance, the government may reject a GST registration for any legal or other reasons beyond the scope of ezymoneydeals   Problems like these are beyond our control and are not eligible for refund.

Hence,  delay in processing of your work by the Government cannot be a reason for refund.

• Force Majeure

No refund will be entertained in case of  any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of  service by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, Pandemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

Refund method

• We will make refund to you  through the original mode from which we received the fees from you and shall not be refunded to any third party in any case. 
• Eligible refund shall be processed within a minimum of 30 days from the approval by ezymoneydeals.com. 

Other terms: 

1. Enquiry posted on our website (ezymoneydeals.com) 
2. You have made the payment online in the Bank Account of Ezymoneydeals capital Pvt Ltd and Payment gateways. We have received the payment.
3. While making payment, we assume you know your service requirement and the documents required for obtaining such registration, licenses, or approval. 
4. The documents required by the professionals or government agencies shall be final, and you undertake to provide the same as and when required. 
5. Jurisdiction – The courts situated at Delhi alone shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to solve disputes among the parties. 
6. Alternative Dispute Resolution -  The user and the company are deemed to have agreed that in case of any disputes related to the formation, interpretation and performance of the policy,the issue must be resolved by way of     Alternative Dispute Resolution in two ways: Mediation and Arbitration. 

 Moreover, the user also agrees that the terms of the policy will outlive the expiry or termination of the policy.

• Mediation: In case of any dispute between the parties, they must try to resolve the matter by way of mediation, where both parties must reach a conclusion after discussing the issue among themselves within 30 days. If the issue stays unsolved, it will then be referred  to arbitration.
• Arbitration: If the parties fail to resolve the issue by mediation, it will be referred  to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. An arbitrator will be  appointed by the Company whose  award shall be binding on both parties. The arbitrator may direct any of the parties to incur the cost of the proceeding, or else both parties must bear the individual price of their proceedings.The language of the arbitration proceeding shall be  in English, and the venue and place of conducting the arbitral proceedings shall be at Delhi/New Delhi.
