Ezymoneydeals secures the right to seek all possible remedies available in accordance with the law and in equity for violations of the agreement, which includes but is not limited to the right to block access from any particular Internet address for Ezymoneydeals and its features.

Fees rates of services offered in the portal are nominal indicative fees rates only towards initial consultancy charges with the concerned professional. Such fees rates are subject to change and will be settled / finalized in accordance with the quantum, type and nature of work / assignment after consultation with the concerned professional.

Any order cancellation and refund of fees paid is subject to our refund policy.

Upon interaction with the client, with respect to the advisory or consultancy service provided by Ezymoneydeals, in case any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, unenforceable, or void, then that particular provision is to be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and is not to affect their validity or enforceability of the entire terms and conditions.

Ezymoneydeals reserves the right of the termination of providing services in case of any violations determined.

Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, this Agreement shall be submitted by the parties to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended uptodate). The seat and venue of Arbitration shall be at Delhi/New Delhi.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to any arbitration clause/agreement, the Courts situated at Delhi (India) shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising between the parties out of this Agreement.
