How registration process goes:

The registration process for an OPC involves two parts, as follows:

  • Part I:   SPICe+ form is used for obtaining approval of desired company name and  to apply for the Director Identification Number (DIN) or (PAN) of the    proposed director.
  • Part II: This includes incorporation-related details. Here, you will provide information such as the registered office address of the OPC, share capital details, particulars of the director, and details of the shareholder
